30-Day Window
Address updates filed July 2 for Aetna, Premera/LifeWise, Wellpoint, and CHPW. Directories can take up to 30 days to reflect changes — expect updates by approximately August 15. Eagleview Collaborative will call each payer directly to confirm your address has been updated.
No action needed from you — Eagleview Collaborative is managing follow-up.
EFT Enrollment

Premera EFT enrollment has been submitted and is pending confirmation. Aetna EFT will be initiated once Aetna in-network status is confirmed. You've elected to receive all insurance payments via EFT direct deposit. Remaining EFT enrollments — ProviderOne and First Choice Health (FCHN, which includes your Kaiser PPO access) — will follow as those payers confirm in-network eligibility.
EFT elected — all payments will route via direct deposit. Note: most insurance plans require confirmed in-network status before direct deposit can be enrolled.
EHR System Review

Intake and consent document review is in progress. Updated documents will be used for new clients going forward, with a rollout to existing clients planned for 2027. All payer rates have been updated in the system.
AR & Billing Review

ERA and payment reconciliation underway for May–June 2026. Outstanding claims review in progress across all active payers. You've authorized writing off aged balances and anything past timely filing — the full report is being finalized.

Payer Contracting Statuses
