30-Day Window
Address updates filed July 2 for Aetna, Premera/LifeWise, Wellpoint, and CHPW. Directories can take up to 30 days to reflect changes — expect updates by approximately August 15. Eagleview Collaborative will call each payer directly to confirm your address has been updated.
No action needed from you — Eagleview Collaborative is managing follow-up.
EFT Enrollment

Aetna and Premera EFT enrollments will be initiated by July 10. You've elected to receive all insurance payments via EFT direct deposit. Enrollments require your bank letter or voided check on file. All remaining payers will follow once Aetna and Premera are confirmed.

EHR System Review

Beky is actively reviewing your SimplePractice setup — informed consent, client intake flow, scheduling workflow, and no-show / late-cancel policy. Observations and recommendations will be shared with you directly once complete.
AR & Billing Review

ERA and payment reconciliation underway for May–June 2026. Outstanding claims review in progress across all active payers. Timely filing and aged client balance write-offs are queued as part of this review.
